Sometimes when I fall I use my Medigel it removes one Medigel but I still lay there waiting for someone to revive me.

Sometimes when I am low on health and no shields I use the item to replenish both it doesn't work but I still lost it like it was actually used.

I have so freaking few of these things why the hell am I forced to lose them without benefit?

Happens all the time. Mine actually keep disappearing like when I return the next day all the ones I earned just are gone..

Bump.

I want an explanation, a fix, or the very least acknowledgment by Bioware that they know about this.

The net code for ME 3 is a mess. Unless you are hosting the game what you see has little to do with what is really going on. Instead, you play and the game updates from the host.

When you use an ops pack, it is removed, you send a message to the EA server that you have one less, then a message is sent to the host of the game to update your shields and health at full.

In the mean time, if you are low on health and under fire, you can get a message from the host that you are dead. This gets priority over your health and shield update, so you will fall down dead despite using the ops pack. The ops pack is removed first, however, not when it activates.

Medigel is less likely to flake out, but still occasionally gets a -1 without activating.

This is also part of the reason that a banshee can synch kill you from twenty feet away . The host fails to update your position, decides you've stood still for too long near a banshee and kills you even when your screen shows a rather different story.

Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired and black balled from the industry, same for everyone who didn't call him/her out for their stupidity.

Some times when Medigel flakes out on me for the rest of the match it won't work.

Never had that with the Ops pack but I rarely ever use that because I almost never have any.
