Strangely, my favourite part of the Skyrim soundtrack was simply these. So relaxing.
In terms of ES in general though, nothing beats Nerevar Rising. Nothing. Ever.

That goes without saying. I meant all the tracks aside from ES' main themes. Nerevar Rising being the quintessential example of great video game music.
