Decided to have a nostalgia month of playing my old gamecube games before going back to uni. Luckily my favorite game of all time is still left after parents sold most of my old games and console.

Glad you're enjoying the tunes, Hyper. I've got plenty more. Most of my childhood involved going to the video store and renting a new nes/snes/genesis game, and having the musical memory i do has resulted in a veritable treasure trove in my brain. Most people remember the gameplay or storyline, for me it was all about the music.

Shining Force 2 - Shrine

Vandal Hearts 2 - The Powerless People

Lufia & the Fortress of Doom - Boss Battle... I wish there was more of this game's music on youtube. There were some real gems in it.

Samurai Warriors - Daimyo

Samurai Warriors 2 - Osaka Castle ...one of the comments mentions this one being similar to Robert Miles' "Children", which it certainly is once it hits near the minute mark. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed.

Having just finished Spec Ops: The Line recently, have to say a few stand out for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the game.

Spec Ops: The Line - Boardwalk

The combat version of the previous track, this somehow stuck with me given how Walker and his squad change over the course of the game, especialy 1:10 onward.
