You played Mask of the Betrayer?!?! It's basically like Torment-lite as far as I'm concerned... kinda surprised it wasn't more popular in some ways.

So I read that SS analysis of the Ancient Cistern again after having played it, it's very interesting, honestly the portion from the first trial in Faron forest to the water dragon and through the Klock boss felt very unique. It was an attractive atmosphere, but wasn't totally bright either, especially in that whole underground area which was legitimately Demon Soul's esque.
