Interestingly gratuitous use of that Mirai Nikki-esque orchestral "stab." I guess it fits crazy devil girls and yanderes well.

I'm quite sure 0:05 in Kagero and 1:19 in OoT is the same chant, Kagero just doesn't use the whole thing.

Yes! I was so annoyed that they changed the Fire Temple theme in later versions of the game.
The chant is actually an Islamic prayer, which is why Nintendo removed it later because they were afraid they'd offend the Muslim community. A pity, as it was my favorite dungeon theme in the game... next to this one:
