The Dragon Age universe has many mysteries.
What is the real origins of the Blight? What is Flemeth? What was up with that Primeval Thaig and its lyrium idol? If they exist, what happened to the Elven gods? Were the Elves ever really immortal? Where do those Eluvian lead to? How come Dwarves can't cast magic? How come there were ogres long before the Qunari arrived? What happened at Kal Shurak?
The developers can't answer all the major questions in DA III and there are some they've said they'll never answer.
Keeping this in mind, what would you like to see answered or addressed in DA III?
What answers do you want in DA III?

Everything. Unanswered questions are 100% overrated. Mysteries exist to be solved. Tell me everything.

Do you think it would be a good thing to have definitive proof of the Maker's existence or lack thereof?

I most want answers for what's up with Morrigan, Flemeth, and the Dark Ritual.
I'd also like to know more about the Origins of the Blight, especially in light of Legacy's ending.
And while it's a relatively minor one, I want to know what's up with Aveline's dad, as seen in Mark of the Assassin.

Fankly, I think there already is, and I hate that they deliberately left just enough ambiguity for alternative interpretations to be just shy of disprovable. This is fiction. You can make anything be true, so stop beating around the bush.

1. Where did Hawke and (my) Warden go? Are they prisoners? Are they together? Are they working on something? Are they dead?
2. Sandal.
3. Eluvian.
4. Primeval Thaig.
5. What happened to Arlathan! (And can we plz go there and look around)
6. What is the stone?
7. Flemmeth/Morrigan/OGB.

What were the old Tervinters really like?
What were dragons like before they got all dirty in the brain parts?
What exactly is up with the human-elf shared city or cities?
More Primeival Thaig.

That would be number 1 on my list.
2. What did my choices on different charecter's play throughs (Male Dwarf nobel, Human Female Nobel, Elf mage that hates humans that aren't in the party, Humab male nobel) manifest as past DA:O) DA2 felt hollow on was how the choices carried foreward (Do you need to return to destroy the anvil or return order to the dwarves, Are elves now more accepted due to the wardens actions)
3. Will the qunari assimilate all they seek to conquer or can they be stopped.
4.Is there more to the lyrium idol than what we've seen in DA2
5. What happend to Hawk once the game completed I think DA:O brought better closure to what the grey warden had accomplished later in their travels after the game.
Got an 8 week old sleeping on 1 arm and a 2 year old laying against me so I might try to make corrections later
Take it easy

Well, considering this is most likely going to focus on the mage/templar war, the most likely answers we're going to get are the involving magic and the fade. This could also answer several other questions such as the old gods, ancient Tevinter, Arlathan, Andraste or Dwarfen mysteries such as Sandal or the Ancient Thaig.
Honestly, I'm not really a fan of answering everything in one game. What I would like to see is every game from here on answering one set of plotlines while making those answers relevant to future stories. Like magic answers leads into Flemeth answers, leads into blight/darkspawn answers, leads into maker answers, etc.

Besides things left hanging from DAO (Morrigan/Flemeth/and the half-warden god baby), I am curious as to what is going on in the rest of the world. Only maps I have seen, show what can only be part of one continent. We know the Qunari come from somewhere else. But it seems like these very huge events that are affecting all of Thedas, are just between a few countries on on continent. There must be more out there.

Very little.
If I had to though, what the Wardens were rushing off to during the Qunari invasion, and maybe just maybe more information on Sandal.

What happened to the Warden? Why did s/he up and ditch what they were doing and their love interest like that, if they didn't follow Morrigan?
And if you didn't go with Morrigan, what exactly was the deal with the book she left you?
Leaving me room to imagine my character having further adventures is great. But the way it is now, I didn't feel the necessary closure to accept Hawke, much less another new protagonist.

I don't know that I need answers in DAIII, exactly - if they trickle out into other games beyond III, that's fine. Therefore, I don't know that I *need* complete answers. Partial answers/more clues and details regarding the following would be acceptable and most appreciated:
- Who/what Flemeth is (I don't know that Bioware will be tipping their hand on that one any time soon)
- If the relic found at Cad'halash is related or somehow similar to the lyrium idol
- Why the biggest Black City blob in the Fade resembles the shape of Lake Calenhad
- The identity of the Old Hermit
- What lies beneath Orlais
- What the letter found in Aveline's side quest in Mark of the Assassin really means (I won't go into further detail for fear of spoilers)

What a dwarf/elf love child looks like.
Do the templars wear special underwear?
Who are the other children of King Maric?
Who survived the Kirkwall debacle?
Is Thedas doomed to have ugly hats?
Will mages be able to wear pants?
Where are all the horses?

"Ser OGB Cousland, Scion of Highever" sounds a little weird... especially considering his father is DalishEmzamination wrote...

Which leads me to... given most of my questions are related to decisions / origins which can vary, I doubt I'll ever get answers, which isn't really a bad thing anyway.
Other than those:
- Everything about Flemeth, although it can wait later installments. But a bit more would be nice.
- What are / were the wardens up to, especially re: the Architect (but, again, conditioned by in-game decision)
- Where is Corypheus, and what is he doing?
- Sandal, who are you? ("Enchantment" is not an acceptable answer)
- What is on the other side of an Eluvian mirror?
- Are the respective disappearances of Hawke and the Warden really related or was Leliana hearing voices? Again.
- If so, what happened to my babies?
- What is Cullen's first name?

1: What's with Leliana, Cassandra, and the Seekers? First Leliana and the Divine were working with the Seekers in D2, then they became evil in the Asunder prequel. Are they going to be good or evil?
2. What happen to Warden-Commander Daylen Amell!!!?? ( and too a lesser extent, Gaston Hawke.)
3. What's going on with Orzammar and Kal-Sharok?
4. An update on Ferelden.
5.Is there going to be another Blight?

At the top of my list would be what's going on with Morrigan's child. I'm also curious about what's up with Sandal.
As to Maria's question about the Maker I don't think I need proof of the Maker's existence in a world that's so magical. Though venturing into the Dragon Age afterlife seems like it would be a cool idea and rife with RPing opportunities. So if Bioware chose to officially confirm it in game I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Primeval lyrium, the dwarves and magic, the darkspawn (full story behind the magisters' plot), eluvians, Arlathan, dreamers, origin of the kossith, griffons, dragons and wyverns, what the hell are ghasts.

Would definitely like to know what happened to Warden and Hawke, whether or not they're seen is another matter.
Primeval Thaig...yup, yup.
Then little things...Band of Three, Friends of Red Jenny, that sort of thing.
