A) Is there a way to change Shep's face after character creation in ME1?  Perhaps using the console?

What is the use of the face code in ME2?  I looked for documentation or references, but they seem surprisingly thin on the ground.  I noticed that my ME1->ME2 import character didn't seem to have one, is that always the case with ME1->ME2 imported faces?

C) I've noticed that sites like http://www.masseffect2faces.com/ have a lot of posts that use various content mods.  What are the consequences of using those mods in terms of imports into ME3?  It seems like they'd make the face import break pretty badly?

Thanks in advance.  I'd like to understand faces in ME better than I do.  :/
