I searched this forum and couldn't find the answer to my dilemma, so I hope somebody here can help me. I bought the Collector's Edition and got my pre-order code as well. I successfully downloaded both dlc's and they are showing up on my hard drive, but they are nowhere to be found in my multiplayer game. I tried deleting the two packs and redownloading them from my download history, but still nothing. I understand they are supposed to show up as free packs to redeem in the store, but they're not there. Any ideas?

i'm not 100% it will work, but any time i have a problem with games/dlc/connection issue this works:
from your dashboard go to system settings, and memory.
There is an option to clear system cache, which deletes every game update you have,
this WILL delete every update for every game you have, meaning everytime you boot up a game, if its ME3 or any other game, you will have to download the most recent update.
but it does just that, deletes over lapping system updates, and just leaves you with the most recent, while "cleaning" you harddrive

Unless I'm mistaken, the CE and pre-order stuff only goes toward your single player campaign. The only way to get the N7 weapons in MP is to participate in the weekend events.

Thanks for the replies. I did try clearing my cache when I deleted the files, but it didn't help. Maybe it is only single player, but I did read a message where somebody deleted his dlc and re-downloaded it and when he loaded mp he received the collector rifle in a special pack in the store. I also haven't started the campaigh, so maybe when I do that it will trigger item packs in mp or something... I'll post again if I figure it out.

the N7 weapons are for single player only. Not in MP unfortunately.
i guess i shouldve read your post in detail. i made that mistake thinking i got them in MP but they are only offered through weekend promotions.
