I'm posting this here to try and figure out if I'm just the one freak case or what.
I downloaded the resurgance pack on day one.  Played maybe one or two matches and nothing seemed wrong.  I had some extra Microsoft Points lying around so I attempted to use them.  Well the transaction never processed.

Here's the kicker.  Ever since I downloaded the Resurgance Pack I have not been able to use Microsoft Points or any credit/debit card at all.  It immediately bumps me to an error screen.  The stupidest thing is I can make purchases on the Xbox site itself just fine.

This isn't a Micrsoft issue.  I've had numerous calls to support to try and get this figured out.  They searched my billing history and account information top to bottom.  Everything was working how it should.  I saw a post about someone apparently having the same issue so I contacted EA support about it.

To say they were unhelpful would be an understatement.  Every time they told me to clear the Origin cache and what not.  Guess what, it's my stupid Xbox with the problem.  I made about three more posts, with increasing focus on the fact that it was an Xbox issue, but recieved the same "solution" for the wrong platform.

I haven't even signed into Live until tonight to try and see if it was some fluke soft lock.  Well, after waiting 96 and more hours, it definitely isn't this.  I'm going to try and see if I can get some more help through both Microsoft and EA but based on my past experiances, it's a real long shot.  At this point I'm just beyond pissed.

This is a serious issue that needs attention fast.  No DLC pack/patch should hinder functions outside the game itself but I'm faced with never making purchases or transactions through my Xbox ever again if this isn't addressed.
