Wowzers, that's really great that the survey is so thorough. Well done!  Hopefully Bioware will take this feedback into consideration while they're working on the Extended Cut and any future DLC.

It's a matter of perspective.  A serial killer is bad.  Put him in the same lineup as Reinhard Heydrich, and the vote for "which of these bothers you more" gets a little skewed.
