my chars aren't being updated..

my characters won't update to bioware here for some reason.. i mean it updates my acheivements yeah but none of my characters or anything. any advice?

You are a lucky one, I haven't been able to upload even achievements since Nov 24th.

There are numerous posts about this problem all over the forums, including a couple of stickied threads:

You can also check the site's FAQ page, scroll down to the Dragon Age Player Data section.

There are several possible "solutions", I've had mixed results with all of the ones I've tried. The better ones are;

move some icons around on your quick bar (moving one icon to a new slot and then back should be enough)

equip / unequip items

manual saves (after doing either or both of the above)

My player profile died a while back. A beautiful funeral was held, and some nice eulogies were spoken. I'm still heartbroken and I don't think I can be the same gamer I was before this tragedy. *snif*

I've tried everything.



I know - I have to believe - that somehow something bugged on the server on my profile, because at Nov 24th 14:35 forward, my profile stopped updating. And I didn't change a dust from my keyboard, didn't changed firewall rules (it's disabled BTW)...



I just wanted FACTS, like:



- "your computer is screwed, format it" (but I've tried to upload using a different computer, didn't work either)



- "your profile was blocked due to XX reason" (and so we would argue about why, I would apologize for any mistakes, maybe my profile would be resetted and I would need to play all over again, even meaning new characters, I would be fine)



- "we are indeed experiencing problems, and it'll take XX days to solve that, please be patient"





Something like that, you see? I didn't paid $65 for my CE just to be left in the shadows and having to wait 48h for a ticket support auto-response that I need to go back here!

Ive been having this problem on the 360 since launch, Those suggestions dont work for me unfortunately
