I recently lost 60,000 credit trying to purchase a spectre pack, it said it was having an error trying to purchase said pack didnt remove my 60k though. When I came back its gone thats approximately 40 minutes of hard work.
Can someone guide me where to look for help on this.

Lost 5.000 credits.
Tried to buy the pack 3 times and got the money back, but the 4. time the money was gone with no package. restarted the game, but still no money back.
Having trouble with game connection... If the game loses connection to the server (don't know why, steam working fine all the time), then I have to restart MP, or click on "Quick Match" and wait for about a minute to get Disconnection message, then it finally reconnects again...
