Haha nice one ... though I'm probably more of an ill tempered unlucky charm.
*grumble* ... If only you could save teammates by rolling onto the grenade. Odds are that'll happen to me.

Leaping atop a grenade and heavy meleeing for DR would be a very viable tactic, then. Even on squishies. (Although it'll eat some health from soft characters still)78stonewobble wrote...

How about a couple of new contributions, especially with all the new characters that were released?

This is great and hilarious writing, have seen most of these folks...would love to see something on that guy/girl with a level 8 Vorcha on gold that just has to burn everything...used to be equiped with the Reagor as welll...bot not since the patch....hate the class because it so melee oriented and they die so much, but man they are nice support for armored enemies...love them for that...

Demolitions expert.
Short and round… you feel giddy watching this person is playing a character so absurd he can barely see over the counter. You begin to feel sorry for him as you realize that he would not be allowed on any amusement park rides should he ever get the chance to go. While easy distracted by this bowling ball demeanor it’s hard to miss the mini mushroom clouds exploding from all corners of the map. One minute your squad is shooting down a full line of enemies and one glorious explosion later everything’s dead. You find yourself wondering if this is still a gold match or not suddenly you realize that little butterball has been also been pumping out a constant stream of shields. Ready to extract from your mission with seconds left on the counter the last view is met by yet another mushroom cloud as a kill streak pops up and a voice in the background announcing the teams “payday!”

The Bad Sniper
Normally an Infiltrator, but not necessarily so. Basically, any guy with a Sniper Rifle and the single minded determination to use it. It's usually a single shot type as well, just to add to the frustration.
He spends an inordinate amount of time lining up a lone cannibal in his sights, tracking it fiercely as it moves across the map. Now bitten by the target fixation bug, he ends up being flanked by half the reaper army by the time he de-scopes. While this is happening, his teammates have long since moved to the other side of the map, read a book, done the washing, and poured themselves a drink while this one work-in-progress headshot struggles to come to fruition.
By the time the shot is eventually fired the enemy has long since been killed, or simply fallen asleep out of boredom.

Loved this thread, made me laugh hard. I have definitely seen each kind of random players in the first page. The eccentric master is my favourite, happened to me some times. Perfectly described!

EPIC BUMP!
The DUI Rockeeter
A tankard turian who's love for alcohol was somehow missed by the medical examination and got enlisted in the Armier Legion. Now he wreaks havoc on the battlefield, sadly, mainly amongst his squadmates by flying around the map like a crazed firefly. He yells "I've got this covered!" and flies right at that running enemy - only to miss it quite a few meters then look around wildly to find the bastard. It would be hilarious if it wouldn't distract his brothers to heal him every few seconds. But they always revive him because watching his rocket jockey show is somehow amusing.
The Biotic Gasball
Niftu Cal has inspired many to reproduce his awsomeness. Unfortunately few succeed first. Since the POW is extremely different, beginners usually roll around frantically, like an enormous basketball that leaks. He has a saving grace though: the ista-reshielding.

The Better Man
You always wonder, if you truly want to play with this guy. From one side, it's all easy and dandy, if you dies at platinum wave 10, he just go and solo it. And pretty quick, it's almost as good as watching a movie, maybe even better because your creds and emotions are on the line.
But here is the downside.
He is always there. No matter where you go, at what corner at the map, he is there pushing enemies back.
He is always in front of you. If you are a good player, then you always see him in front of you, clearing the enemies before you get any chance of doing it.
He lives only once. You sometimes wonder, if he don't have 255 of each consumeble, as you can never see him die. But whenever you do, he is there, to pick you up.
The boredom. If you even happen to find enemies on the map, he is there, doing a short work of them.
Scoreboard. He is always on top. Waaaaaaaaay before you or any of you. No matter what characters any of you are using.
Getting bad. Because he is always there, you start to play more weak, and expect that every one of your teammates is able to at least hold his position. And then you are sadly mistaken, and get owned at wave 3.
