Ok I thought Witch Hunt was Patch 2 or 3 a years ago, since there won't be any new Dlc coming out for Dragon age 2 I thought of making 3 all new Playthoughs with different outcomes for Orgin then import to Dragon age 2. But when I gotten to the end of Witch Hunt I found out Morrigan only knew two out of the three outcomes that was suppose to happen and when the conversations ended all I gotten was "Checking Save Data" then the Credits. I am hoping someone here knows how to solve my problem before I just give up on Dragon Age all together. I feel Dragon Age Origins and any future Dragon Age Games will be a waste of time and money since one domino wasn't there.
 The Playthoughs I have done are...


1- Male Human Noble, Slept with Morrigan and Accepted the Ritual. This one she remembers the ritual taking place. No Save after the conversation.


2- Female Human Magi, Slept with Leliana and Loghain did the Final Blow on the Archdemon and Die. She Remembered this ending as well. No Save after the conversation.


3- Male Dalish Elf, Slept with Morrigan and Accepted the Ritual. She Does not Remember this outcome. No Save after the conversation.
I tired looking online for a fix but found little or nothing at all, I have dragon age for the ps3, I know v1.06 is suppose to be the patch for witch hunt and All 3 Playthough gone though Orgins>Awakening>Golem>Witch. I have tired to just bypass Awakening and Golem and went just for Witch Hunt but there still ends up with no Save. I could care less if Morrigan remebers the Ritual happening I know why that didn't work I don't like how it won't save after the talk on any of the outcomes. If you Can help please help, and Thank you at least Reading if you can't.

Wow it's been 1 month with about 250 views but not 1 reply. All I want is for Witch Hunt to Auto Save Before the Credits nothing Else. I have been looking for help on almost all websites but they kept on saying the bug is fix and such. But everytime I play the Final conversation with morrigan it never AutoSave it just says "Checking Save Data" then rolls to the credits after that puts me in the Main Menu...

Yup, just started replaying DAO again this week and had the same problem. I (human noble warrior) romanced Morrigan 100%, did the dark ritual, dialogue option during final battle "I will search for you" - same with Anora's post coronation dialogue...but did not get the "sorrow and regret" ending in the credits with Morrigan-thinking that was the good sign she would remember in the save import to Witchhunt. Played the witch hunt and Morrigan says I refused the ritual hence no option to go with her to the other side. All the blogs says this was patched, I replayed those moments even with Golems of Amgarrak but nothing. Hell I even logged back on here after a year just to find out what's goin on with the DLC...( I played Witch hunt before during a year ago and did get the option to leave with Morrigan, but had to get a new slim PS3 so all my damn saves were done with my 60g yellow light) but now Witch hunt is bugged. Oh yea, it also did not auto save...

Thats not the problem I was talking about, the one I was talking about was I am not getting the Final Save when I get the big talk with Morrigan, But I know how to fix yours. Import the { Auto-save(1) Epilgue } save they give you after the big fight. That should fix yours problem and about the Golem Dlc it shouldn't Matter if you import the save I told you to import.

Does your save file show you standing in front of the Eluvian with Morrigan?If so i think i may have the same problem?
And yeah I'd hope they fix this before DA 3 comes out.

Nope last my save file is the myself created right before the Talk with Morrigan, at the entrance to the cave or whatever you want to call it. I think yours is ok since you can't really save near the Eluvian. If you load that Save File then see credits nothing esle I believe you should be fine.

This is the problem with consoles. There aren't many fixes we can do. I don't remember if mine saved right or not. If not, I don't think there is a fix. I haven't found one, and I've played through several times since DAO UE came out years ago.
