Seriously, this system recieved so many praises while being absolutely counter productive. Just now i spent around half an hour trying to finish 1 level on insanity and every friggin time i got killed because "smart" cover system decided for me whether i want to jump somewhere or not. Seriously - trying to run from cover to cover when enemies are all around you is a nightmare.
"No i do not want to roll there!!!" damn, dead...
"No!!! Why the f did you just roll me towards the cover which has me parallel to the enemy?! I just wanted friggin sprint!" damn, dead...
"Holy cow! No jump, no jump!!!" damn, dead...
Over and over again - frustrating. Mad as hell as i just got finished by a single remaining turret because insted of sprinting towards cover, Shepard decided it would be awesome to make a cool roll to its side! Right to the turrets line of fire, hell yeah!

I hear ya! so many times have I gone into the cover system when not wanting to. Sometimes I actually "peak" which is basically going into cover but I do it myself so i can pop out and snipe enemies. The cover system is just to unreliable on insanity.

It's thanks to the fact that they have everything assigned to one button. It didn't even work so well in Gears of War (thats why they brought 2 button system for 3rd game), it surely doesn't work here.
