I think the plan was to launch everything today. Hopefully chapter one will go live soon.

Maybe they scrapped the open beta plan for the 13th since the description has changed to say that it'll be released on October 20th. It no longer mentions a week-long beta.

The website does say BETA now in the top left corner.... Don't know if that was there before though

The official street date is now Nov. 3rd and not the originally anticipated Oct. 20th
