Maximum Trolling: Exploiting Credit Exploiters

Was playing with a buddy when a random joined, sounded like a super awkward teenager, the kind who doesn't understand sarcasm. Started telling us his strategies and whatnot, so we played super stupid. We'd ask him how to aim and stuff. At one point he performed a grab and we flipped our sh*t pretending we didn't know how he did it. Threatened to report him for hacking, then we did it too. Said we wouldn't report him if he didn't report us.
We referred to Brutes as Krogan. "Oh no, the Krogan is charging us!" "That's a Brute you noob!" My buddy was playing as a Krogan and referred to him as a dinosaur. We had so much fun listening to him correct us.

Your logic is flawed. Two wrongs is the product of two values not a multiplier.
Maths is bad for policy, if we used maths for everything, killing humans would the most environmentally friendly thing one can do.
In fact, suicide is logical. Adding up 2000 calories everyday for 90 years to arrive at a value of ZERO (dead) is mathematically not elegant - suicide would more efficient.
Exactly true. Which is why I think the human race goes about things completely the wrong way. If there where no laws, that's peobably what would happen anyway. But we have laws to ensure the longevity of each other's lives.

Tell another funny story. This thread was supposed to be about how hilarious exploiting the exploiters was. Now it's morphed into a hatefest.
I once joined a Silver lobby where two players wanted to kick me because of my super high N7 rating (which is somewhere in the 800s now) I took a mental note of their tag names. I also noticed that they had all lvl 3 equipment on.
During the match (I never fell down) when they would fall I would make it a point to stand on top of their bodies as they bleed out and kill all the enemies around them and then move on. During wave 10 I noticed that the fourth guy had either quit or dropped out... either way besides me not reviving the other two because they were dicks, everything was going well, or well enough. The Wave 10 objective was a "Find 4 Terminals" download type objective and the other two were busy killing stuff and reviving each other.
So I was there at the 4th one when I decided to just shoot anything I could see until it died. And with 8 seconds left on the timer I started the DL... it requires 10 seconds. Which I also knew. So, I completely bombed a Silver lobby where some dudes just wasted 3 lvl 3 equipment pieces all because they wanted to kick me because of my N7 rating being "too high for Silver".

That's amusing and sad at the same time. Amusing because of the trolling, sad because I actually felt kinda bad for the idiots.
Ironically enough, It's a good thing if they're saying you're "too high for Silver", IMO.

I will resolve all issues using my logic:
1 - Glitch exploits should not be punished whilst glitches that make you LOSE credits are not compensated. You cannot have justice for one and not the other.
2 - Trolling exploiters is funny - finishing a wave and reviving your comrades is THE GAME, if playing THE GAME is trolling, then it's funny. Contradiction < foundation of humor.
3 - Play the game for fun and to improve your gameplay. Rewards are for this reason, which is why people who follow this formula have the most fun.
Please do not take this as trolling / being immature etc. as some other people here seem wont to do, this is simply me expressing a different view point.
I have to disagree with that first point. Looking a few posts up about integrity pretty much sums up my feelings on that point.
As they say, "two wrongs do not make a right."
I hate that saying. When you miltiply two negatives, what do you get? A positive. Your logic is flawed.
And the problem I have with that, is that this is not math. Is kicking down someone's sand castle because he kicked down yours the right thing to do?
EDIT: Hamzah said it much better than i did.
I sure as hell would.

Guy A spends 60 hours of play time accumulating credits before he gets a Black Widow, playing legitimately.
Guy B spends 2 hours of play time accumulating credits before he gets a Black Widow, playing legitimately.
Guy C gets a Black Widow in his first Spectre pack, playing legitimately.
Guy D spends 2 hours of play time accumulating credits before he gets a Black Widow, using the credit exploit.
Now how do we decide what earning is? How would an outsider figure out who played illegitimately?"
Honestly it comes down to how the credits are earned for me. Illegitimate credit gaining = an undeserved reward. A lucky reward in this system, true, but the means of getting it are dishonest.
I don't get people's obsession with honesty. What exactly is it worth?
Oh, and I got the Black Widow thing like the first time I played MP. I have yet to use it.
I like this anaology. Also, the glitch isn't exactly free, you have to survive that gold wave 10 long enough to kill the targets. It's not like you just sit on your arse and lol as the credits roll in.

All parties are wrong. I'd consider the exploiters justified though because the stores are so stupid with how random the packs are and how they repeat character cards.
What the OP did is just as bad, potentially worse because he went out of his way to cause others grief.
I don't find it funny, respectful or amusing. It's just sad.
That's all I have to say on this topic.
When everyone else seems to be wrong but you.....
Odds are the other people are not the problem.
/Moronic argument
Stopping credit glitching is basically my full time job at this point. At least 5 times during my gaming sessions I have to step up and put an end to the exploiting. I do not tolerate it, and never will.
I highly doubt it... I am sure you will post something.

The credit exploit does not fall into that category. In fact the exploit can ONLY work with everyone knowing about it.
I would regard it as in the 'playing dirty' category but not cheating.
Note: Manuals and contracts are written by people. To use an extreme example: Slavery had contracts between owners, yet everyone knows it would be RIGHT to breach them.

In this case, yes, I'm right. Trolling a group of people who aren't harming you isn't honerable or mature. The OP is going out of his way to harm another person's gameplay experience. I don't care what the justification is behind that, it's wrong and its sickening and I'm making my opinion on it very loud and clear.
I don't tolerate malicious trolls based on what I percieve to be moral superiority in comparison with people who are supporting the actions of the OP.

@DIY.
You voluntarily entered a contract with EA games, which stipulates you will not explot glitches. Doing so is breach of contract.
Please stop accusing others of being a child when you're clearly not ready for the life of an adult. Don't sign contracts you don't understand. You'll end up as a human centipede iPod, eating other people's excrement. Seriously, its a thing.
I actually didn't know that was a sitpulation in the contract, I have a clear stance though, if the Dev doesn't like it they can fix it.
Banning for exploits ins't the industry norm. Banning for cheating is and that suystem has worked pretty good so far.
You think I'd sign anything with EA games? You know...the company that beat out BoA as worst company of the year? Not likely.
I don't even know what to say to the child bit, mind your own buisness?
I'm glad you found out what logical fallacy means on wikipedia and have decided you now own the internet, but you have a lot of refining to do.
1. Your entire post was a red herring. Either you are playing this game, and therefore gave your digital signature, agreeing to abide by the terms of the license, or you have never played this game, and are just trolling others who have, defending people who aren't yourself in their unethical practices of breaching contracts. There's really no room for argument. The part of the contract you, or those you've decided to champion all agreed to (you had to to play the game), has already been copy and pasted in this thread. It states clearly and without any room for interpretation that exploiting a glitch is not allowed. If you read more of the contract you'd realize EA thus has the legal (and since moral relativism isn't actually a thing in civilized countries) and ethical right to ban you from playing the game.
2. To the child bit, you haven't been minding your own business for the past three pages of the thread. You clearly don't understand what a contract is, and what your legal and ethical rights are once you breach a contract you voluntarily entered into. This would be dentrimental to an adult. Life (adult life) is literally a series of voluntary contracts you broker with other adults. If you can't wrap your head around the concept, it's going to be a tough road ahead, kid.

now that ive finish laughing and crying cuz it hurt to much.
1) why, no change that what ever got into your heads to start arguing on a forum?
2) Wikiapedia is the biggest pile of crap going, anyone using it as a FACTUAL SOURCE OF INFORMATION SHOULD BE TAKEN OUTSIDE AND ****
3) Wiki is an opinion based information source all information added is in direct reference to the individual who added the information.
4) Wiki is not and NEVER WILL BE PEER CHECK BY ANYONE! Therefore any information used from Wiki IS NOT RECOGNISED AND CERTIFIED INFORMATION!
5) By activating mass effect 3, making your EA account and Creating an ORIGIN account you agree to a terms of use, and breaching said terms will result in punishment according to the breach.
6) continuing the above knowing of a bug within a game and hence forth abusing said bug to profit is a bannable offence this is basically gaming rules set by all companies.
7) Online Feedback as stated in a link serveral pages back does not stop you being tracked it prevents deaths and event taking part being tracked etc. While connected to the server you are consistently and constantly recieving and sending out information about the game including credits, packs, levels, unlocks, N7 rating etc.
8) carrying on with the above.
So therefore once bioware/EA identifie the bug, remove it, test it, release it. They will then scan their hardrives (so to speak) and see who was not earning credits legally. and anyone exploiting the credit ditch will stand OUT LIKE A HOBO IN A BUSINESS CONFERENCE ^^
rant and my 2 cents over.
feel free to comment but do try to remain logical, reasonable and clear headed at all times, their are children on ere

Ahhh I see.... yet you tolerate exploiting a game that people spent years of their lives making, they include a store system that allows you to buy with real money, yet you glitch to get enough to buy everything without spending a dime, thus hindering their potential profits? That = trolling the company.
So yeah, actually you do support malicious trolls.
Last time I checked, exploiting a glitch that hinders a companies profits leads to court dates in the near future.
