Reporting an issue that happened to me last night (18/04/2012) while attempting to purchase a Specter Pack from the Ingame Store.
Error occured that said there has been a problem with redeeming my pack after paying the 160 BWPs for it, which made me loose the points and not award any ingame bonus.
The game support for my country couldnt help me in this issue, instead they redirected me here.
Id like to ask BioWare support for help with this issue, as the purchase was for RL money, which I cant get back at this point.
