ah. I'm not criticizing them for posting about it, just wondering why they called it new and hoping I don't have to get it again or something (mostly because the site won't let you get it again.) They released it once I think the same day that me3 came out, and I got it then, so I was just wondering why it says new.

Had this since just after launch day. Interesting sniper rifle that works rather well on squad mates that use sniper rifles.

I don't get it. I downloaded this a while ago, but it seems like the description has changed? I remember it being a fully-automatic sniper rifle, so what's this stuff about it being reverse engineered from the Arc Projector and firing high powered electrified rounds?

Now your just giving them away to PC players? For free?
Come on, if you ca do that for the PC, you can do it for Xbox Live. Just put the gun up for download on Xbox Live and Playstation store so everyone can enjoy them!

Yes, I'm aware of that as well. There's a mod that allows you to use the Resurgance weapons in single-player as well.

IT is an odd Sniper Rifle. If you are the mindset of "One Shot = One Kill" it may throw you off at first.
IT feels more useful at CC of long range enemies (Knockback to prevent ability use and such) and like the Incisor in ME2 it may be more useful on squadmates.
But again it just depends on your play style.

That's a bad idea.
Modding of any kind is not allowed on Xbox Live. Using the save editor to obtain a single weapon is hardly worth it if it gets me banned. And you will get banned for it, if you try it. Microsoft doesn't tolerate modding of any kind, end of story.
And as you aid, the option is not available to PS3 owners either. Way I see it, they should make the gun available to all players on all platforms. I'm tired of these PC-exclusive guns, you think Bioware would've learned their lesson after the incident with the M-29 Incisor in ME2, but nooooo...
