Hello Everyone

I have seen quite a few post about this topic, sorry to make a new topic but my issue has a different report to the ones I have seen.

I only bought the game 3 days ago and have been enjoying the single player a lot, but i would like to play multiplyer with my friends so i downloaded the reurgence DLC because I was told I would need that to play with them, so i did, when i logged back into the game I got a message saying I cant play the DLC content with out the rquired patch.

So I exit and go click on ME3, click "chek for updates", well even running the game asks me if I want to update, so i click " update" and after not even a 1second I get a message saying " Unexpected error has occured. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 31"

What I cant understand is how Origin allows you to download a DLC without any issues but a patch you cant?? How is that even possible???

Of course I would like some help with this, because I like having games update, as well as I would like to play the multiplayer and not wait sometimes up to 20min to find a game.

Origin support has tried to help and been very pleasant to work with but nothing has helped, i was asked to talk to bioware about the issue so here i am. I have installed this game 4 times since I have gotten, according to support membeers request and framkly I am Sick to death of installing its, If i wanted a bugged game I would have re-installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear skies again. Quite franking I am very frustrated about this problem, I expected better from a Bioware game, as I have played and owned many of your products and besides the epic stories the bug free game played was what i valued more than anything from your products....

Beside this patch issue, great game, little dissapointed at the bugged quest I have and one or to gliches but not as bad as other games:P

Any and all help would be much appreciated
