We should flame them in every way possible about that. It's a week one issue and they still haven't fixed it. It's getting worse and worse, at the begining I just couldn't see what I bough, but recently I started to lose HUGE amounts of credits, without getting any characters, equipment, weapons etc.
MP store purchase issue SPAM!!!

when are they going to fix this?
I've lost 193k credits and 320 Bioware points. Seriously, every time I talk to them, they just say "their engineers are looking for a solution." or something. It's been a month and a half, how long do they need? That's hours of gameplay time and the equivalent of real money they are literally holding from me. They should be adding the points back onto my account, not holding it so I can't even use it. It's freaking retarded. We should get some kind of interest or some compensation when they do fix it, like a free pack or something, because this is ridiculous.

oh you have no idea, exo. When I addressed them on this, I said I want bioware points added onto my account because they're holding real money from me, instead of responding, the person just replied with "Thank you for contacting EA. Is there anything else I can help you with today?" I said "yeah, you can add points back onto my account because your game stole money from me." After that they just completely ignored me.

If a purchase fails, do not click the "OK" button that pops up when it tells you it fails.
Instead, alt+tab, disconnect from your wifi/if you're on LAN disable the LAN adapter.
- Go back to the game, it will tell you your connection was dropped, click OK on that message.
- You'll be thrown back to the main menu, when this has happened re-connect your internet.
- Click the "Connect to server" button, as soon as the connection is complete the outstanding pack purchase will automatically process, you will not lose your credits and you will get items.
Worked for me every time since I first saw the solution.
