Only ones I can think of for now. Anyone know if Vorcha have any tech or biotic abilities?

And where would you get all those protheans from since Javik is the last one?

Theres no way the Vorcha would get into the N7 program. Just saying

I can't imagine Geth going into it either. I'm sure the Alliance would have been pretty skeptical after all the fighting with Heretics. Vorcha are also a LOT more tough than ME2 made them out to be.

And yeah, it's not a full-fledged N7 program.

Vorcha would be cool with their near instant health regen. They probably would have a low encumbrance, but only able to use tech powers. Plus, if you die playing a vorcha, no big deal, it's just another dead vorcha (which is always nice to look at).

Just as people hate batarians as a race, people will think Vorcha are a worthless race. And anyone mentioning n7 program, why would any race other than human be in one of them.. batarians? krogans? quarians? Geth?

Vorcha would make good Engineers or Infiltrators. I'm not sure if they have biotics or not. For people arguing against Protheans because Javik was the last one, none of these other races would be in the N7 program either, so obviously multiplayer doesn't follow the lore. It's just for fun.

Hackett explains this. The special forces squads just started using it, regardless of race. It's unifying, and a good morale boost.

Vorcha would have a passive tree called adaptability where they get stronger the more damage they take. The key is dying as often as possible in the early waves and get revived to die again, then at the end you'd be a giant unstoppable tankernaut.

I'd rather making them a new enemy type

I'd be very happy to see the Vorcha added. They would have to have lighter health then others, but with massive healing abilities further enhanced with their powers.

Hell yeah. They're the only humanoid species not yet playable and they would bring a neat gimmick to the table(no segmented health).

I had an idea for a class but I can't find the topic. IIRC:

Vorcha Pyro(Soldier)

Inferno Grenade
Fortification
Flamethrower(using the power equips a Firestorm. Uses ammo that spawns slowly, like grenades)
Passive: Boosts all fire damage and duration, and increases health regen speed.
Fitness

Has regenerating armor instead of Shields, but very little. Think Drell.

This was similar to my idea! They should have loads of health and regenerating armor as you said. Also I'd like fitness tree were they gain a passive resistance to normal damage (either as their health goes down or as a small passive boost) and maybe a weakness to warp and pyro powers (in this case alarger passive damage bonus to compensate for being owned by pyros)

 Yes.

- Fast melee attacks, and a Heavy Melee that is very weak, but hits multiple enemies.
- Give them Regenerative Health.- Very low shields and health overall (300 Health & 400 Shields).
- Engineer & Sentinel classes:
  • Engineer - Flamethrower (close-range, lasts for a few seconds), Cryo Grenade, Disruptor Mine (Unique mine that damages shields/barriers and stuns anyone within range).
  • Sentinel - Cluster Grenade, Flamethrower (close-range, lasts for a few seconds), Spike Shield (like tech Armor, except fires Spikes that deal less damage, but cause bleeding and slows enemies by 50%).

I like the idea of a race with passive abilities instead of powers-- like the tree you choose to spec into determines its playstyle?  That sounds really cool to me.

To have another race trolling my cards that I couldn't care less about? Absolutely big f.cking NO! It's enough already to see two damned batarian cards in the same pack.

wtf is with people wanting to play vorcha? they're a vermin species. the blood pack krogan treat them like varren with thumbs and the omega enforcers treat them like roaches.

sure, as enemies they'd be interesting, and i agree that their health regen would be neat (although krogan should have that anyway), but why would you play mass effect and then say:

"hey, those little weaselly guys that no one respects- that's who i want to play"

i agree that variety is nice...honestly, i could even take elcor more seriously, as like slow, really heavily shielded heavy weapon support.
