they are also seemingly mindless killing machines who can't do much besides shoot a gun and light you on fire.

Isn't that all thats necessary for a soldier?

..you've got to be kidding me.

That said, I only see them making a viable
soldier, since from what we can see they are not biotics and they are
not intelligent (to use, say, a sniper rifle or be tech-savvy)

I don't see why. All the multiplayer is is shooting enemies and using powers on them.

The multiplayer is still canon (at least, as close as it can be without ruining the MP). That's why we don't have geth vanguards and collector teammates and 10 foot spartans. As far as we can see, the vorcha cannot use biotics and as far as we can see, they are unintelligent. I'm still counting on intelligence being important when it comes to being a tech class.

There's no use arguing it though. Even if it doesn't make sense, I'm sure at some point bioware will squeeze it out to keep us interested for a few more minutes.

I say yes. It would be cool if there was a mercenary type class. Not sure how you would make it stand out from the soldier class... Probably too similar to be considered but I feel like "a soldier" is a little different than say, Zaeed or the merc gangs from Omega.

Vorcha Soldier could be fun. Some Blood Pack Vorcha mercs fighting the Reapers is not impossible..
Vorcha could use ME2-style health bar and regenerate all health ... at the cost of having lower base health.

Male Quarian Soldier - he was meant to be in the game, but his suit was leaking and he died
Turian Infiltrator - do those even exist?
Salarian Sentinel - too rare
Batarian Engineer - really? why not a Krogan engineer?
Prothean Adept - just no
Prothean Vanguard - see above

Only ones I can think of for now. Anyone know if Vorcha have any tech or biotic abilities?

But no-ones asking for Vorcha biotics, and they must be relatively intelligent. In ME3 one of them double-crosses the leader of the Blood pack to take command.

I do remember the vorcha working for the Collectors, so would they not being working for the Reapers now?

They were working for Collectors because they were being paid for it.

"Vorcha assault each other frequently, causing their young to gain strength, intelligence, and resilience." - Codex

Vorcha are agressive by nature and benefit from it biologically. Provided they get time to regenerate tissue damage they can become quite impressive, and intelligent. "I may be ambitious, but I'm not crazy." What gets lost in translation with Vorcha is that an introductory beating is not universal greeting... save Krogan.

yes to vorcha as both enemies and playable character, I also agree to protheans, people complained when they found out there would be a prothean squadmate but now that hes is there no one cares? so why cant they find more protheans, sure its unlikely but entirely possible. Above all its just a video game no one will die if they include an extinct race, seriously just include them bioware, the would be a fun edition to the multiplayer

Everyone is saying how they are unintelligent, when they actually pretty intelligent. I mean they found a way off their homeworld, they established the Blood Pack, an they have general knowledge along with enough literacy to properly communicate with the other species. Just because their lower than the other sentient space faring races doesn't mean they're a total unintelligent, weak, inferior species. I want a Vorcha class more than any other class.
