Cut me a break. More than half of you here were just as pissed off at Bioware as everyone else a month ago, and for good reason. If Bioware screwed you guys over again tomorrow, I guarantee you'd drop the act and go back to being upset. 

If you decide to stop being angry at Bioware, then fine. It's one thing to accept the situation, become content with it and then hope for the best later. But you're full of BS, prancing around spreading flowers and giving hugs.

awwww... Bioware hurt your feelings. there are threads for that. don't come here whining. some of us might be disappointed, but don't get mad because we can handle our emotions more rationally. one disappointment, in a very long line of great games, is no reason to treat Bioware so poorly.

Indeed, the ending dserves 100% of the criticism it recieves, but that does not mean we cannot empathise with our fellow man/woman and show that while we may absolutely revile what they have done, we don't hate them as people. They are still utlimately citizens trying to get by living their lives.

The digital hugs are to show our support and our positive attitude, this is not sucking up or anything close.

One of my life philosophies is that people's lives are quite difficult enough without me actively making them worse. So... yeah. If my passport was valid and I had the money and the time, I'd go there and make them pizza and cake every day up to the EC release just to help keep morale up. BioWare's created plenty of good work, but it's hard to be creative when someone's breathing down your neck telling you it will never be good enough, but you had better do it anyway.

So... if digital hugs is the best support I can give them, then they have 'em.

What ever happened to turn the other cheek? Fix problems with platonic love and empathy I think! That's not to reneg on your dissapointment or your distaste for how we have been treated. But that is no excuse to not be loving.

Yes, I was...and am...supremely disappointed by ME3s ending...as well as the PR bs we've been fed... ... but BioWare is still the company that gave me the absolute best moments in gaming I've ever experienced. And for that, they get my absolutely genuine hugs. If I didn't expect so much brilliance from them, I wouldn't be so heartbroken by this situation....

So, yeah...more hugs...even to all you non-huggers! So nyah!! :D<3<3

Also lets not forget they have lives outside of work, we cannot know for sure how much toll this could be taking on them. So best to let them know it's nothing personal and to show that, show some love for them, as people.

After Bioware responses about the reactions I stopped loving them.

Of course generalizations are always bad, so it´s sure there are people inside Bioware who really cares about the history and it´s players, so a big hug for them even if they are not visible.

As it stands, the only Bioware employees I would ever hug would be Patrick Weekes and Allan Schumacher because they're the only ones I've seen actively discussing the endings with the fanbase in addition to being real with us!

Edit: I suppose I can make room for Chris Priestly, too. Lol

As for the rest: handshake. For now.

Hm, I respect them as human beings and love the work they have put into their games over the many years they have been making them. However, there are still many things wrong with Mass Effect 3, especially the Ending. But if I didn't care, I wouldn't be here. So props to Bioware, for giving us a universe we care about so much, even if it often feels like they're throwing it by the roadside some days. Many people still put a lot of work into this game and worked their asses off, even if they didn't have input into how it all ultimately turned out.
