My absolute fav's are the quarian engineer (PYRO) and asari adept, though the batarian soldier is quickly growing on me. I enjoy calling any teammate a blight when he goes down.

Least favorites are geth and drell. I just don't like playing them. Drell seem like a poor man's biotic, and I can't get used to geth's hunter mode-- which is what makes them special to begin with.

 My favorits at the moment is Salarian Infiltrator, and Geth Engineer. My least favorite is the soildier and sentinel classes.

Least favourite: Sentinel (never played it in SP in any of the games and just can't figure out the correct use of Tech armor).

Absolute favourite: Vanguard, but it's unplayable when not hosting.
Most played, coz I tend to pub a lot: Asari Adept.
Honourable Mentions: Quarian Infiltrator.

Least favourite: Dudes that can't dodge, which is a shame. I'd love to like the Krogan, but I just ain't feeling it as it stands now.
Not liking the Hunter mode either. All kinds of symbols blocking my view and the red overlays take a lot of getting used to.

Most preferred classes in order of preference; Human Sentinel, Salarian Engineer, Geth Engineer, Human Engineer. Ha, should I just be vague and say Engineer?

Least preferred classes in order of non preference; Human Adept, Human Soldier, Drell Vanguard.

Other classes, I don't mind using at all. Infiltrators can be difficult for me to use at times, mainly because I have terrible aim on moving targets while scoped and tend to forget I have tactical cloak.

Human engineer is probably my favourite combo. I prefer playing engineers, sentinels and soldiers. I'm not too keen on vanguards, they just don't fit in with my playstyle

Krogan Vanguard/Salarian Infiltrator and Turian Sentinel are my favorites.

Adepts (except the Asari) are my least favorites.

My favorite is Quarian Infiltrator, my least favorite is any Drell class

My favorite keeps changing all the time.

Currently it's my Geth Engineer.

Least favorite is probably the Quarian. Either of them.

 Favorite: Justicar Adept, because I can hold my own pretty well and own the field. 
Least favorite: Infiltrator, because I'm terrible at subtlety and at shooting that sniper rifle. I also hate being distanced from the battle.

Least favourite... Hm. Soldier, I'd say. I just hate that class' utter mediocrity and dullness.

The Krogan are probably my least favorite, though I do like them. It's more because I prefer ranged attacks over melee and most of the fun of playing Krogan is their melee attacks. (The "muahahahahaha...." when they enter Rage mode is amusing.)

Geth Engineer, my favorite class that has never failed me, powerful and supportive to my team.

Human Soldier is my least favorite, a pretty useless class overall.

50 = Soldier class, most boring zzzzzzzz class there is..
