It may be the multiplayer forums but the title does say "list of desired dlc" and this is the dlc I want. Multiplayer dlc is all good and everything but single player needs more dlc in my opinion.

A Reaper Takedown mode would be awesome.
It would be just one level (perhaps the path to The Shroud Facility, or maybe a new level on Rannoch), and your squad would fight through waves of enemies, moving up the map and closer to a Reaper Destroyer every few waves.
On the last wave, the squad would have to activate Maw Hammers / use a Sync Laser on the Reaper Destroyer, while fighting off enemies.
I think that would be pretty cool.

Thanks anyways, guess in the meantime I'll be distracted with MP DLC until Ext. cut is released, like everyone else.

Yes but this is still the multiplayer forums, so it should really be multiplayer dlc ideas discussed here.
If you could post an idea for multiplayer that'd be great.

Add a horde mode, where you get continuous of an enemy you choose, and are compensated for the enemy type, difficulty, and other stuff. (That way you could choose all Husks, Husks and Marauders, etc)
Add some sort of capture the flag game, where you grab an objective but move more slowly when you have it and try to get to a point alive with your squad covering you.
Maybe have an alternate mode where you grab an objective and take it to the point (no penalty) then go grab other objectives and bring them there too, with increasing enemy count as the rounds go on.
New enemies please, tired of fighting the same 3 enemies.
I also wish we could have other genders of all characters. Female Krogan ftw!

This would actually be an awesome mode. It'd be like Left 4 Dead 2's multiplayer. Have a team of 4 play as different characters and see if you can defeat your opponents. Of course, Boss characters would have to be either balanced or have a lower chance of being picked, but it would be awesome to do this.

Maybe have the existing maps be able to be deformed (there WAS time for orbital bombardment) so that it is the "same" map but with the usual paths and choke points mauled and changed from collapsed walls or new holes in buildings, etc. Especially to mix it up on White so that the campers can't always count on an easy game.
I can't see PvP or TvT working because the classes aren't balanced enough.

Stealth missions. (Dunno if this has been suggested yet.):
Sneak into an enemy facility (cerberus stronghold, reaper processing center, geth server compound, merc/pirate hideout etc) and advance towards an objective. The objective can be anything from hacking terminals for enemy intelligence, to planting a bomb. Enemies along the way number far fewer than a horde mode match, but must be killed quickly before they can activate alarms. Alternatively players can maneuver around enemies by utilizing cover to stay hidden.
This is where the team element comes in. At times players wont be able to simply sneak around an enemy. They must be taken out. Careful planning will be needed to combine powers effectively to destroy the enemies before they can alert their comrades. Alternatively diversions can be used in those situations to draw the enemy's attention away from other teammates. Things such as destroying objects to cause noise and draw enemy attention away from the teams intended path will work.
Be careful though. If your cover is blown and the enemy isn't defeated before alarms are raised, many enemies will swarm to your position to take you out. At that point you will have to fight your way to the objective and fight your way out when its completed.
The ultimate goal of the mission is to get to the objective, complete it and escape unseen. Bonus credits will be awarded for every enemy encounter avoided and a large credit bonus will be awarded for arriving to the escape/extraction point unseen.
Ideally, these missions should be timed( your escape shuttle can only stay hidden for so long). The time should be long enough to be reasonable, but short enough to get the player moving with a sense of urgency. If an all out fight happens enemies will focus on keeping the objective route blocked while attempting to force players out of cover and into cross fire (what they normally try to do anyway).

Increase maximum ammo for a single mission. As in, if your maximum reserve ammo for a weapon is 100, you'd have 120 instead. More or less depending on how much ammo a weapon can currently carry in reserve.
Increase the amount of time you can stall your death for when down. As in, when you see "Mash the A buton/X button/Spacebar to extend your life!", your teammates have more time to save you.
class-specific mods that increase the effectiveness of all abilities on a specific class. Example: Infiltrator Module - Add an Infiltrator Module to your loadout, increasing the effectiveness of all Infiltrator abilities for one mission.

A Prothean "planet ship" (i.e. a very large ship with a lot of personnel aboard) is lost in interstellar space far from any inhabited or surveyed systems. This could be due to being kicked out of hyperspace by (insert correct ME jargon here) during a mass effect jump. The ship was damaged and went into hibernation and stopped emitting signals so the reapers didn't find it.
In the game's present it is discovered by some automated survey equipment when it finally drifted near a system. Sheppard then leads the team to get the ship operational and wake up the protheans is stasis. The signal is of course intercepted by some enemy faction. On the ship the centurians and/or lesser reaper minions are trying to take it over. You must complete the mission and get the ship to safety before the reaper vessels arrive.
This could be a plausible story line to add protheans to MP. Through some other contrivance collectors could also be added: ex. cloning vats, part of crew was indoctrinated/captured by reapers, etc. The reapers must have cloning tech otherwise how could there be so many banshees?
