Greybox would be good because it gives the player content after Thane's death. I doubt they'll go back and rewrite it so that there's a cure for him, so this is the only fix I can really think of that gives Thane fans their due. It would potentially allow them to give the player Shepard/Thane moments continuously, throughout the game -- there could be a memory in the cabin before the final battle, one after the final nightmare, and another in the Forward Operations Base when all the other characters are getting their goodbyes, for instance.
Of course, that's being incredibly generous and I doubt they'll give it anywhere near that much attention, if they give it any at all. But if we're talking ideal fixes, that'd be my suggestion.

I'd pay for a "space therapist" pack where Shepard talks about his/her insecurities caused by the war. The therapist would HAVE to be voiced by Hugh Laurie though. He'd snap Paragon Shep into shape and be Renegade Shep's bro.

Depends, it would have to include a lot more then a date night though, maybe ceremonial marriage depending on the love interest (so Liara leads to an Asari ceremony and her gift to you is a special weapon and armor used by commandos and so on, specified for each individual LI). Maybe they get pregnant and can not fight the final fight along side you and therein gives (gamers) Shepard some hope despite the ****** poor ending.

The way I see it, Liara's romance over the course of ME3 is the most well done of the lot. All of the others feel lacking at least a wee bit. It wouldn't be fair for Liara not to be taken into account for bonus romance content, but the other love interests simply need more to them to make up for how well done Liara's romance is. This of course is only my opinion.

Not sure how such a DLC would work. Everyone kinda assumes it would greatly expand their own LI interaction, but if BW did do this, they'd have to include content for every available romance option.
Then, chances are the content would be either very brief for each LI because they have to implement so many different scenarios for characters, or all LI's would basically get the same scenarios. It might feel a bit odd having the same scenario/dialogue/scenes for the Tali romance as you would for Jack's. If they did do this,I think it would sacrifice a lot of differences between characters and make every LI pretty much generic and intercghangable due to time and resource constraints.
