Trying do download the Resurgence DLC I get the message:

TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

This action could not be completed. We may be experiencing an unusually high server load or undergoing maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes.

Two things to try:

1) Try clicking downloadable content on the main menu.
2) Run Origin as administrator. (Right-click on the icon or shortcut.)

If that doesn't work, run the ME3 configuration. Click the network entry. Is it listing your network adapter properly ? Are the network settings correct?

Are you using a router with a firewall? Do you have a software firewall (or any security suite software.) You can check it for any warnings, or if it "blocked" anything related to Origin.

I thank you for your good will but when I've tried to contact ea support they just speak with themselves and ignoring everything I tell them it's like speaking with old style ICQ Bot.

Complain on twitter to @masseffect with your case number(s). I totally understand them ignoring you. Their problem is following a script 100%.
