"EA Declares Every Game They Make Will Have a Multiplatform "Online Universe" Of Its Own"
I DECLARE WAR ON EA
I did a personal boycott on Ubisoft because of their online DRM.
Same here, every time a game has a little online universe its a boycott - I just want to buy my game, get the complete experience possible in that game, play it offline when I want, pause it, save it, quit it when I want - and leave it at that.
I think EA is actually getting stupider.
Agreed, I absolutely had it of having to go through these idiotic, pointless, obstacles EA throws up that prevents us from playing a complete game for once. From the
catastrophe of C/C4 to
ME3's questionable marketing I'm surprised it took me this long to "officially" declare war on them.(I havent actually beat ME3 yet so I cant say how bad the ending is, but I'll take the legions of other gamer's word for it)
Now some ppl like to twist this whole thing around I know, they say, "oh well ur being entitled!!", but wheres the logic in that? If I, or anyone, is simply fed up with moronic EA-forced decisions that do nothing but destroy the game series in the end, and want to get the full thing they paid for for once without stupid additions like "online universes"(game-tumors I call 'em) is that REALLY being "entitled"? I've been seeing the word thrown out alot lately, some who deserve it yeah, but like the word "troll" or "hater" its become way overused. x/
