No, I have no interest in MMORPGs and never will. I hope they never make a ME MMORPG and abandon SWTOR and give us KOTOR III.

KOTOR III is not up to BW, its up to Lucas Arts as they own all rights to the star wars universe. and i remember reading somewhere that they dont want a KOTOR III.

Now not making a third game in such a popular series makes about as much sense as the Greedo/Han shooting first thing... Maybe George Lucas is indoctrinated...

There isn't enough NO in the universe to quantify my response.

I would totally play a well-done, character-focused Mass Effect MMO.

I don't trust anything from Lucas Arts since Star Wars Unleased and all the crappy books that they release based on Star Wars.

I didn't understand that either, making anything story based needs to be a SP game only.

Depends how it is done. I could be done well, or it could be done like TOR.

Oh, I'm not saying I have any idea HOW they could accomplish making an MMO as good as the Mass Effect single player. Certainly SWTOR tries (and fails)....

But if they did... I would totally play it.

Not really a fan of MMORPGs. I think far-off prequels like the Prothean Empire or Krogan Rebellions may have potential, but I know a lot of people dont want that either.

No. not now, not ever.

pointless discussion, because we all know E/A is going to fund this pile of reflux anyway.

And paying for anything after that *end* is "good money after bad"

I wonldn't, I wanted SW TOR until they said it was a MMO, with a MMO you just can't make a good story that is player and story driven.

Is that the one that came out about a year ago in hyping SW TOR?

For a good reason, why would people want to play in the past when the outcome is certain?

But like, can you imagine? Some way of customizing your own character not just by modifying stats or gear, but temperament, dialogue, behaviors... a dynamic Mass Effect galaxy that allows you to join the Marines and become an N7 or work for the council as a Taurian Spectre, and go on FPS missions with a crew of live players working together.

Not a grind fest. Just a shared adventure... co-op on a massive scale. Player-created missions, maybe. Who knows.

I bump into you on the citadel and start a conversation. Your wheel choices are "Hi there, can I help you?" and "Leave me alone!" and so maybe you pick the first one.

My response could be to ask if you've got anything I can do for money, or maybe an alternative would be for me to flash my gun in your face and try to stick you up.

Etc...

Right? I mean, it's possible.

No. Generally because of the inability to pause, and or leave the game without losing my game state whenever I need to.
