Why CONTINUE to complain about the endings?

in the UK we did it for the millenium, and ended up paying millions and millions for attractions that lasted a day and weresold for pennies and nobody was happy with.
we also did it for the diana memorial, which ended up with a memorial that looked like a race track, and was turned off as people were being injured by it.
i blame bioware for this whole debacle, for totally over estimating peoples idea of "being involved"
when a company just makes a game and doesnt involve the fans, this sort of debacle doesnt happen.

Uh, no, a few people said they wanted closure. Most recognized that the plotholes come from the fact that the ending is fundamentally broken. The catalyst IS a plothole. The concept of organics vs. synthetics IS a plothole. You cannot fix the plotholes in the ending without getting rid of them, or drastically altering them, which would completely go against their "artistic vision". Therefore, their plan to expand is not going to fix it. In fact, it will probably make it worse, by introducing more plot holes and more space magic to try and explain the plot holes and space magic we already have.jacobdg wrote...
They're offering you DLC for FREE, to fix the endings. That's what we've all been asking for.
The entire time we wanted closure, and the plotholes to be fixed. And then when they offer us what we wan't, at the last second you say: "NVM WE WANT A COMPLETELY NEW ENDING!"
I personally find it pathetic, but thats just my opinion. Biowares atleast TRYING, right?
BioWare isn't "trying", they've had their arm twisted to the breaking point, so they're doing the least amount possible to try and appear to be doing something. They aren't listening, they're hearing what they want to hear. And if we don't speak up now, if we don't put the pressure on, then when the DLC comes out, and the ending is still broken, they get to say "What more do you want? You wanted closure, we gave you closure. You wanted clarity, we gave you clarity. And we did it for free. There's just no pleasing you, so we're moving on." They lose because they've alienated a large portion of their fans. We lose because we are stuck with a bad ending that isn't worthy of the game. And the game loses because instead of being something great, it will go down in history as one of the worst endings in any form of media.

what they should do is just shred it all and give up.
and on the next game simply do not involve "fans" in any way shape of form, leaving us with two choices..buy it or dont buy it.
this solves every problem and stops the downhill slide to games taking 10 years to release in a pointless effort to pleae everyone.
oh and release an SDK so if we didnt like it,we can change it ourselves

Yes cause what gamers really want is games rushed out the door in under 2 years rather than taking 3-4 and getting it right.
I mean no company has ever taken their time with games and captured giant market shares because of their quality.
Yep I'm sure the warcraft, starcraft and diablo series don't exist at all.

Nope. All they want to do is whine about the endings.
There is more to the game, yes. But apparently, to some, ten minutes ruined 100 hours played through three games.

Actually, what CAN you talk about in a general dicsussion forum that allows no spoilers?

go to youtube
type "fails" into the bar
this is what bioware missed, that some of those numptys make darwin spin so fast in his grave you could use his corpse as a demonstration for perpetual motion.
this is what happens when you give some too much leeway

Although you could only talk about her ME2 arse considering any details about her ME3 arse would be spoilers.

Haha that's true. I remember when people used to be a little more careful and talked in vague terms. Now it's pretty open for the most part. Isn't about time we get a spoilers forum for non game owners like all the other BioWare games?

Actually, they didn't force them to do anything. BW still has free reign to do what they want to do.

But you wouldn't know that if you didn't play ME3. Just like you wouldn't know that Jacob is a total douchebag to a romanced female Shep.

So in other words, purposely look up leaked content and spoil yourself rather than getting your own opinion on the matter? At least I can research the quality of your ****-shed. With a game, I have to go on the experience from the first two as well as the reputation of the company. DA2 wasn't great, but it wasn't bad enough to tell that ME3 was going to cause a massive ****storm.
