while talking to alistar hes upset by not having anything to remember duncan by. and ive read that their is a sheild of duncans in the warehouse in denerim market on a armour stand. but i cant see it anywere even with tab on.
but their is a room wich i cant enter thats blocked with bookcase. which i cant move?
i have a pc version is it a glitch or what?

It's not. You have to get the proper "codes" to get in. And those are given late in the game.
For "codes" I mean that someone has to tell you something is in there. That's it.

Yep. He will give you the so called "codes". I couldn't find him immediately, but in the end, he was right over there, in the same room as Eamon and Alistair. Don't even know if you have to talk to him, or you only need to save him.
