Context Menu on Social Site Not Working

When I hover my mouse over the menus such as "What's New, Profile, My Content, etc." on the left, when I move my mouse to the submenu to click a link, the submenu disappears.  Impossible to select a link now on this site unless I click the original main menu and go through additional steps just tog et where I want to go.

This wasn't a problem a week ago.  What's wrong now?

This is not a cache or specific computer problem.  It happens on multiple computers and on a new Windows 7 install as well.
