Hi,

I'm playing single-player at present, using my Vanguard with a Sniper Rifle, Assault Rifle, and either submachine gun or pistol. However when I landed on Rannoch for the 'priority' mission, I realised that I only had a pistol. I restarted th emission and wen tot my loadout - it had reset all of my weapons so that I only carried the basic pistol, nothing else. I re-equipped myself, and have just started the Thessia mission. Again, the system has reset my equipment to be only the pistol.

This problem has not cropped up before, and it does not impact my squadmates.

Don't worry, it always happens in two exact places in the game.

After the geth consensus mission (where you have the 'virus' gun), and Priority: Rannoch (where you have the targetting gun), the game will reset you back to using the pistol. So whatever mission you start after these will give you the pistol, unless you went and changed it in the shuttle bay.

Off the top of my head, these are the only two times it happens in the game, so you should be fine now.

Never noticed it after Priority:Rannoch... I had suspected that Legion taking away all of Shepard's guns caused it (rather than just giving Shepard the targeting laser heavy weapon)

Ah, yeah that would make sense with the whole virtual-gun thing. I've just finished Thessia, I'll see what the loadout screen does next time :-)
