They were too busy to address any criticism for their awful game. so they retreated to their beautiful five bedroom condominium suites and let Penny Arcade handle it. Because, it's always best to ignore direct criticism and let a couple of nobodies detached from the situation worry about that.

I think they've done most of the work. Now Bioware needs only fulfil the expectations people have of DA3, and their fall will be complete
