I used the promo code in the past correctly through my account but now that i installed the game to my new pc i can not download it. I even purchased it again but when i go to my registered game content there is only a dash (-----) instead of download button.
Anyone to help?

Dragon Age: Origins uses a different system to install DLC than some of the other games from Bioware (including DA2). It's handled in-game. Go to the Downloadable Content menu in the game and look for Stone Prisoner on one fo the three tabs. If it is listed as "Unauthorized", try installing the 1.05 patch, reboot, and see if that initiates the download process in game.
