So, I was just wikia-ing a bunch of people, seeing if they're in ME3 or not. I only stumbled on 2 so far, but Emily Wong's death by Twitter, and then Rana Thanopolis' death by ANN broadcast. Are there any other "hidden" NPC deaths that I might not be aware of because they're mentioned in passing?
Obviously no squadmate, endings, etc. type spoilers. I'm only looking for deaths that AREN'T on camera and happen between ME2 and ME3/During ME3.

Also, is it just me or do the radios/tvs suck in ME3 compared to ME2? I can barely ever pick anything up.

Apparently in 2152, video broadcasts still use 32khz sounds instead of 48khz like we do in 2012 via HD cable >_>
