I just don't want them to try and get all Clever about it and saddle it onto the SP experience. Make a good co-op, and I'm game. But if you try and force me, no matter how round about and clever you think you are, BW/EA--I'm going to balk.
It should always be my choice. I like choice in real life, too. As well as games. Funny how that works, huh?
Make it good, and I will come. Concentrate on that, and everything else will take care of itself. Learn the art of the Gamer Whisperer. Ha!
Srsly, tho.

If it turns out DA3 has forced multiplayer, I won`t get it. No chance. Running into characters named I0wnzU-666 ruins any hint of immersion.
This.
Even nonforced MP will make me think long and hard before purchasing. May even choose not to buy new at all.

They also know the potential this franchise has and lots of fans accumulated from DAO which many of them were lost with DA2, but will give DA3 a chance.
I too am a bit afraid of the possibility that they will make a stupid risky move in adding the MP, but sincerely hope that they are smarter than that.

Dragon age could be ported to become a MMO in a way that could be really awesome, as long as it didn't interfere with the single player aspects of the series. An example is this upcoming war between the mages and the Templars, since such a war would include a fairly large amount of people and factions. It would also allow players to visit much wanted places within Thedas.
Given the current state of TOR, I imagine Bioware would hesitate before making another MMO.

I won't get it at all if there is ANY multiplayer
Even with no multiplayer I might not buy it at all, seeing as they are probably going to keep most of the changes from DA2

I ask because I can only play one...maximum two...MMOs at the same time before I lose all sense of reality. And it's not like the world needs more fantasy-themed MMOs.
Did someone tell EA that MMOS aren't what Bioware does?...did they tell them before they pulled Mass Effect's lead writer off of the series finale to work on, you guessed it, an MMO...

However, after years of fighting it, whatever money you were going to spend on MP, spend on SP.
It. Does. Not. Work.
Please stick to awesome, amazing, engrossing single player games that give the player that sense of control over their world and their character. I recently picked up Jade Empire in a Steam sale and it has more feeling of player control than DA2 or ME3 and had that spark that made BioWare games so great and from what I know that was one of your less popular titles.

I'm being unfair. I loved Red Dead Redemption's multiplayer. I love blowing Zombie heads off in L4D2 as much as the next person. But right now I kind of want Bioware to remind everyone WHY they're such a big deal in the first place. They were known for being probably the best in the business at making a certain kind of game.
After DA2's rush job and Mass Effect 3's franchise-scuttling, defeat-from-the-mouth-of-victory faceplant, I really just want Bioware to remember that they still know how do to the things that made them so special in the first place.
