Yesterday I was in the lobby of a public game. I purchased a resurgence pack, but before it could process the host disconnected. It took my credits, but didnt give me anything. I thought it might have just gave me customization options but it did not. Is it possible to have my credits restored or my pack replaced?

This happened to me just now. The host left just as the pack was opening. I did get a new assault rifle but nothing else. No new character, which is what I really wanted. I lost a lot of credits that I'd like back.

If anyone else ran into this problem, I just chatted with EA support, and they claimed they would send me a new pack within a few hours.
I am never buying something while in a lobby again though.
