Hi,

I recently bough 800 Bioware points which i intended to use on buying spectre packages. But only 3 out of 5 purchases went through. The others, nothing seemed to happen. It was just stuck on "Please Wait" pretty much forever. And i waited quite some time.

Any chance these points can be redeemed or what is the usual procedure for when this happens? i take it that it has happened quite a few times.

The same happened to me , but not with Bioware points , but with the credit in game.
