How was the Citadel moved to Earth? It was on the other side of the Galaxy and I don't know if you could mass relay a massive mass relay. it would take too long to push it there, I just really have no idea how you could have pushed something as massive as the citadel across the galaxy in such a short time.

There is no limit given for the mass a mass relay can actually send into transit. Just that the drift increases the more mass it is. So it was probably sent to Sol via relay.
Seeing as it has quite a large drive core as a relay, all it needs for the rest of the way(Charon relay to Earth) are some thrusters which is entirely plausible.
