mass 4 relay is gone

I was at the finale mission about to jump through the relay and i desided to play another career just to play renagade for a few mins. Then when i loaded back up my orginal career with 2 months invovled the mass4 relay is gone!! I have the mission listed. It says go through the relay to start finale but no mass4 relay is on my constilation map!

Are you in the correct forum? ME-3 is where the Relays were supposed to be problematic. I'm fairly sure nothing anything like that happened any time I played ME2.

He means the Omega 4 relay from ME2.
This is not a bug I've ever heard of. Could you post a screenshot of the Omega system? I want to see this for myself.
