I would like to see new mass effect 4 several hundreds or thousands years after ME3, when it will be a reality new conflict between organics and some new synthetics.
Like it can be something very similar to the ancient times when reapers just appeared and fight against organics of that times.
With new heroes, and maybe with new races, where can be discovered Liara's drone about history of Shepard and others. maybe new hero could be descendant of Shepard?
Mass Effect 4 ?

Hopefully, Leviathan DLC could shed some light on the future of ME Trilogy, perhaps even a new 'perfect' Ending through use of Leviathan in which the Reapers are destroyed, all species live as well as Shepard, the perfect set up for a squeal as all elements can be carried over.
From the script, Leviathan seems pretty untrustworthy, perhaps even a future threat.
A perfect Ending can become canon, creating room for a squeal. Don't say this isn't possible. Remember ME2? Not like we could continue on from the Dead Shepard Ending in ME2.

Bring more quality DLC for Mass Effect 3 over the next year or so and work to release Mass Effect 1 (with the dlc) on the PS3. Then once that's said and done.. Who knows the endings are fairly definitive and as much as I would like Mass Effect to continue I doubt it will and if it does its going to be a push or some side story but I just don't see a lot of room for it to continue.

I actually think that Mass Effect 4 wouldn't be very difficult to pull off (I desperately want them to continue this incredible series), considering you take several things into account at the beginning.
The trilogy of the Mass Effect games was Shepard's journey. Now after whatever fate you decide for him at the end of ME3, he's pretty much out of the picture for future games in terms of being a playable character.
What they COULD do is make a game featuring one (or many) of his companion characters and their struggle to rebuild the damaged galaxy. I don't know where that could go, or if that is exactly a good idea, but it's something.
They could also create a prequel that tells the story of Captain Anderson (it doesn't necessarily have to involve Saren, because in the end of that Anderson didn't become a Spectre due to him). It could simply be a story of how he came to be. And come on, who doesn't wanna hear more of Keith David's epic voice?
Cerberus' origin could be an interesting story as well. I'd love to learn more about how the Illusive Man and Cerberus came to be (although the Codex does explain quite a bit of that).
Or hell, it could be a story about the origins of all the species in the universe. It would be an extremely fun idea to explore the stories of the Krogan Rebellions and the Rachni Wars (which is what I think A LOT of fans would love to see in a prequel)
Just pitching out some ideas here. Whatever they end up choosing to do, I'm sure it'll be fantastic.

The DLC can be done while a PS3 version of ME1 isn't possible based on Microsoft holding onto the rights. ME will be moving onto another trilogy while it will be outdide of the Commander Shepard arc.Fuzzfro wrote...

The universe is pretty vast especially when ME has only been in the Milky Way. Btw I wouldn't be surprised if the Reapers became a minor threat jsut like the Heartless in Kingdom Hearts 2.known_hero wrote...

If there's a Mass Effect 4, I want it to take place several hundred years after ME3, with Grunt and Liara as the main characters
Make it happen please, Bioware!
