Same here.

Well, she's also my favorite overall character. Her death scene in particular just kills me to watch it. The only other death that really demands any emotion from me is Thane's.

Its seems like Miranda dies at random. Maybe has something to do with how long it takes you to go to horizon?
Cant say I was unhappy when she died though. Lmao. Why didnt we get to see kai Leng torture her?

I've had the same issue as well. As femshep with loyalty, meeting her 3 times, giving assets, warning her about kai leng, using the paragon option she still doesn't make it. Very frustrating.
