i just learned there are 3 more contents like "Bergen’s Honor " or"Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes" is only available to collectoer's edition but I already bought regular one. Is there a way to upgrade my current version? Payign the difference instead of a whole new game?

AFIK it is not possible if you only want the CE items and you have the regular copy of the game. There are other items available within the game that in my opinion are better than the CE items. You only need to follow some notes or quests. Trust me its worth it. (brecilian, wink*)
