What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
Initial DLC is visible on my world map, however, any DLC locations granted via quest do not appear.
When did the problem start occurring?
For as long as I have owned the game
How frequently does this problem occur?
Every save file, every game
Where in the game does your problem occur?
Tested locations are Sulcher's pass (Golem Quest) and Camp (Soldier's Peak quest)
What
are the steps in replicating the problem? As much as possible, try to
describe exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred.
Sulcher's Pass: After obtaining treaties from the Circle, the Elves, Redcliffe, completing the Urn of Andraste quest, and Orzammar, I travelled to Sulcher's Pass. I spoke
to the questgiver, and accepted the control rod. Questgiver stated he
would mark location on my map. No location appeared.
Camp: Accepted quest for Soldier's Peak. However, map location not marked, and quest (!) still over questgiver's head. Speaking again, he asks if I have reconsidered. Accepting again, he thanks me again, states he will mark the location again, and still, no location appears on the world map.
Have you modified your game in any way?
No modifications, except through EA support, when helping me get DLC activated on the system. Had to manually install each from EA Digital Downloads. After installing, still couldn't activate the Download features, so an EA support rep guided me in accessing a text file, and modifying the authorization settings for the DLC to yes.

Thanks for providing such complete information.
1) I suggest you try to manually reinstall the affected DLC using the links and instructions on the Dragon Age Wiki.
http://dragonage.wik...ntent_(Origins)
... note that you'll have to download and install *two* files for each DLC... the DLC itself and its associated "offer" file.
2) After you manually install the DLC, *do not* launch the game. Instead, download and install Patch 1.05. Then launch the game, log in online, and let the DLC re-authorize (which you can check on the Downloadable Content menu in-game).
Hopefully, that will fix the issue for future games. You may find, however, that whatever issue you were experiencing corrupted the saved games you have now. If you find this is the case, you can try to use the developer's console to fix your current saved games. Consult this thread: http://social.biowar...58/index/275974
Let us know if this helps.
