Soon I will start to play ME1 as 100% Renegade and will do it also on ME2. 

1. If I have undertsnad it right you cant just complete the suicide mission with just Shepard surviving? You need two squadmates?

2. So If question 1 is correct, Im going to choose the two most renegade squadmates, I have already choose one and it is Morinth So wich Squadmate should I choose as the second?

You can do renegade without people dying you know, just act like a dick when talking to them, you'll still be able to do loyalty missions and whatnot.

If you that already though, id choose garrus

I realy want to make a Shepard thats going to the most hated person in the universe and lonely to
 Wont be Garrus because he are a main character in ME3

That's actually a good idea. I might do that for an interesting twist on a play through.

Another funny thing is if you have played as this kind of character in ME1 and ME2 and then when you should play ME3 change and play as a 100% paragon Shepard
