Anyone know off a fix for the carryover war asset glitch. New game still has all plot and scanning war assets listed so I cannot complete any side quests. EA customer service sent me here and promised the mods would read this. I also sent bioware an email directly and got an automated response.
Alternatively anyone else contact EA and recieve absolutely no help?

I haven't played a new game plus yet, do you get the war assets still, or are you just getting the side quests gone, but no assets? If it's the first that sounds great since the side quests are lame anyway...but if you don't get the assets that's pretty messed up.

only work around I have found is to start a new game. For early detection of the glitch, if you have attachments installed on your weapon before you get to a modding bench you are glitched

Welcome to the world of Bioware and EA hating the PS3 community. You'll be lucky if you are helped to have your problem fixed, and even luckier if a mod replied to a topic... they're an endangered species here it seems, but very common on the 360 and PC support threads
