between specter and premium specter packs giving me the "please wait" glitch, I've lost over 300,000 credits, I contacted E.A. support and they told me to go ahead and make a post here, told me a moderator would get in contact with me about refunding my credits, so here I am.

I'm cursed with this too. My advice: stop buying packs. The problem isn't going to magically go away the next time you log in. I've found it to be consistent, no matter how I'm connected to the net, no matter how many times I check/reset my end of the connection. It's the game. It's the store. It's broken. Wait until a patch happens, read the patch notes and if they say they fixed it then try again. Until then that part of the game is broken for players like us.

One reason why I haven't played this game as much. I really hope they are working on this issue and find a solution soon.

This has happened to me often, except I've noticed that after i shut the game down and give up, when i get back my credits are gone and i've mysteriously gained items from the pack i had tried to buy. Check your inventory, see if there's anything new.

Some people will find their items in the inventory, some others like me will not. I lost 99K+99K+99K+60K... and I'm annoyed

yea the purchase never goes through the first time. ever. only solution i've found is to exit then re-enter store. but even then, i lost a premium spectre pack in the process once. i hope bioware is seeing this.

I've always found the stuff in my inventory. Once I actually got the bug and supposedly bought multiple vet packs. I ended up getting a ton of items from it. I guess it all depends on what kind of luck you have with it, just like when you actually buy a pack correctly. I've lost around 300k credits as well. All I can say is look at how many medi-gel, rockets, etc. you have, then buy packs. If it doesn't work, restart the game and look at your inventory. If you have more, you got stuff, if not you lost. About all I can say.

I talked with EA and Sony both and they sent me here. So..... yeah. I'm just glad I haven't used real money on the packs.

You're on the wrong platform if you're expecting things to be fixed.

They will fix it, it will cost them money if they don't. I won't hold my breath though.
