Found another one during Ex-Cerberus Scientists Mission. Female Shepard is Suppose ask whoever is fixing the AA gun "How's it Going"? However You never hear Female Shepard say anything, You will only see the text pop-up like the Audio file is missing or game is having issues finding the audio file.

There are a lot of sentences that are missing from various people - yet are subtitled
Traynor's dialogue is missing after coming off the elevator although the subtitles of what she says are there.
